The North Carver Project encompasses the 301-acre Green Business Park Zone off Montello Street in North Carver.

 

This parcel is the only area in town zoned as a Green Business Park, and any redevelopment opportunity will generate economic development, jobs, and tax revenue opportunities for the town and surrounding areas.

Any future development of this site will need to go through a standard Planning Board, Conservation and Town site review processes, along with standard Local, State and Federal permitting.
